چکیده
Abstract This study estimated the genotype × environment interactions for ten yield associated traits in advanced generation hybrids of several cultivars common wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) with Aegilops kotschyi Boiss. and A. variabilis Eig. using additive main effects multiplicative interaction (AMMI) models. Tests were ran over five years at one location replicated field trials. The AMMI model showed significant genotypic environmental all analysed traits. A majority hybrid lines less stable than their parental wheats. older cultivars, lower sensitivity, most stable. best total selection index, combined, was observed oldest cvs. Gama Rusa?ka, among lines, Ae. /Rusa?ka//Smuga /Rusa?ka//Muza. /Rusa?ka//Smuga, /Rusa?ka//Muza, /Rusa?ka//Korweta, /Rusa?ka//Begra///Smuga, /Rusa?ka//Begra///Turnia are recommended inclusion breeding programmes due to greater stability good average values

Analysis of Genotype × Environment Interaction for Seed Yield in Winter Rapeseed Cultivars and Lines Using Multivariate Method of Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction
Evaluation of the different genotypes under different environmental conditions helps plant breeders in detecting stable and high-yielding genotypes. In this regard, 13 winter rapeseed cultivars and lines were evaluated in a randomized complete block design with three replications in six experimental field stations of cold and temperate regions of Iran (Isfahan, Hamedan, Karaj, Kermanshah, Khoy ...
متن کاملAdditive-multiplicative approximation of genotype-environment interaction.
A model of genotype-environment interaction in quantitative traits is considered. The model represents an expansion of the traditional additive (first degree polynomial) approximation of genotypic and environmental effects to a second degree polynomial incorporating a multiplicative term besides the additive terms. An experimental evaluation of the model is suggested and applied to a trait in D...
متن کاملMapping QTL with additive effects and additive x additive epistatic interactions for plant architecture in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
In bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), crop height is an important determinant of agronomic performance. To map QTLs with additive effects and additive×additive epistatic interactions, 148 recombinant inbred lines and their parents, (‘YecoraRojo’ and Iranian landrace (No. #49)) were evaluated under normal and water deficit conditions. The experiments were carried out on research farms of Mahaba...

The objectives of this study were to compare nonparametric stability measures, and to identify promising high-yield and stable bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes in 7 environments during 2003-2005 in the central Black Sea region of Turkey. The bread wheat genotypes (20 advanced lines and 5 cultivars) were grown in a randomized complete block design with 4 replications in 7 different e...
